I discovered tango in 2017 as a way to step out of the recording studio, connect with new people, and embrace movement. I Started as a leader, and fell equally in love with following along the way, but it was the music that truly hooked me—the playful, dramatic, rhythmic & Melodic contrasts were intoxicating!

I am a professional songwriter, music producer and sound engineering by day, so i knew i would eventually want to dj, But decided to take my time to immerse myself in the dance, the milongas, and the music’s energy—noticing what seems to move people and what doesn’t! This journey coupled with a deep dive into the discographies of the incredible orchestras & Singers of tango music, shaped my approach to crafting tandas, setting moods with cortinas, and ensuring impeccable sound delivery.

In March 2022, after five years of dancing, I debuted as a DJ at LA Tango Academy/Milonga Del sol (my tango school and home) and have loved the journey ever since. djing la milongas & Practicas, special events, and most recently the gavito festival in october 2024 @ the biltmore hotel, la.

My focus for 2025 and beyond is expanding to tango marathons, festivals, and local milongas in as many cities as possible. I also offer workshops for tango DJs on sound troubleshooting and consultations for venues looking to optimize their audio setups—because great sound at a milonga is felt with the whole body!
